Fürstenfeldbruck
Convenient place to visit close to Munich

Many places of interest in Fürstenfeldbruck let visitors go way back in history. Especially interesting is the former Cistercian monastery of Fürstenfeld which has not only a splendid church, but also art and cultural sites, restaurants and beer gardens. Expression of its power was the monastery’s judge's house that is located between “Hotel zur Post” and the beer brewery “Marthabrauerei”.

“Hotel zur Post” is since centuries a family estate and owes its name to the fact that it had been a post office since 1681. The bridge Amperbrücke is the town’s landmark because it used to connect Fürstenfeld with the market town Bruck. Further places worth visiting are the church Leonhardikirche, the old city hall, the parish church of Saint Magdalena and the old cemetery.
