Chef de Cuisine Mirko Gaul´s style is a modern conception of "Asian Fusion", in which Gaul deconstructs the authentic aromas of the high culinaric traditions of Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia in order to interpret them anew. Chef de Cuisine Mirko Gaul and his team will prepare refined dishes which have won the restaurant one star in the Guide Michelin and 16 of 20 points in the Gault Millau.
Enjoy a refreshing, cooling beer while overlooking the Rhine or a bread with cold cuts served on a wooden plate. You can experience all this at the first alpine pasture on the Rhine! Our 150 m2 alpine chalet was manufactured in the traditional way in Kitzbühel offering all Rhinelanders who are keen to party a special chalet atmosphere.
